Aaaaand we're back! I kind of missed a day....or two....oops. My bad.
But it was fun 'cause i got to pass out. Whoooo -_-
Again, I repeat....
KEEP EATIINNGGGG!! Super important!
With phentermine it is really important that you do not forget to feed yourself. I will often get super focused on something else like writing, editing footage, or cleaning and then pretty soon like ten hours goes by and I have eaten nothing.
Then I stand up and
ppppeeeewwwwww down she goes!
But then my mom gave me a pulled pork sandwich from bdubs. Bueno. Probably not the healthiest thing, but at least its food and I'm not dead. Yayyy
So Es all around for that day.....boo.
Then yesterday the kid sister had her grad party. While no exercise happened, I'm pretty proud of my party food intake.
Eat all of the carrots, celery, and tomatoes! All day long, homie. I was doing good on avoiding the chips and pop and all that jazz. Then as an entree I got myself a happy little chicken schwarma sandwich. And then a fun refreshing cranberry vodka with lemon and lime over ice to top off a busy day :) Happy June first!
